-1. When the job to mark extensions as outdated is up and running these 
extensions will be marked as "outdated" and the Extension Manager will 
show them as such and hide them in the Import extension screen.

Part of the goal of the clean up is to "remove" (in not show directly on 
t3o and not show at all in EM) extensions which are not suitable for 
maintained versions of the core.
