[TYPO3-dev] Rendering on docs.typo3.org

This is now done, I could not stand anymore seeing TER linking to awful
rendering on docs.typo3.org.

OOo-based manuals are now converted to Sphinx project using latest
version of conversion script from RestTools repository and then build as
standard Sphinx-based projects.

I converted back OOo-based manuals for extensions uploaded to TER within
the last 15 days.
