Yes, but this has no effect.

Unfortunately I am not able to find an Install Tool feature to deinstall 
an extension under TYPO3 6.2. I did already search a lot of 
configuration options. But where has the 
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList'] setup gone?
