The pathes of the readfile are a little inconsistent. 

First without bin/:

  wget http://bit.ly/t3xutils -O t3xutils.phar
  chmod +x t3xutils.phar
 ./t3xutils.phar help

Then with bin/:

  ./bin/t3xutils.phar help
