[TYPO3-dev] PHP 5.5 support

is there any release that covers PHP 5.5 support?

or at least some bugfixes against errors such as occuring in the backend for Backend users, Language and Extension Manager:

 Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in sysext/extbase/Classes/Core/ModuleRunner.php on line 80   


As ISP I am getting several complains about this issue since we do provide 5.5 and many users want to use this version but this issue is a real show stopper.
