[TYPO3-dev] FAL migration for file links missing?

Which version of TYPO3 are you using: 6.0 or 6.1?

I'm asking because I'm back to my update today and I checked this 
particular point, and in my case, all RTE-enabled fields were updated 
properly, even custom ones. But I don't know which script does the work...
