[TYPO3-dev] Remove "defaultCategorizedTables" in favor of database field and TCA field

Hi Mattias,

I'm stil missing the SQL part for tt_content and pages in that commit,
right? There is no call to makeCategorizable on any sysext, which I would
expect to have tt_content and pages being categorizable.

The patch seems to make it legit to put the makeCategorizable call wherever
you want to.
