You mean for all those who don't have a clock app on their computer 
*SCNR* :-).

There is the ToolbarItemHookInterface, see:
https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.CMS.git/blob/master:/typo3/sysext/backend/Classes/Toolbar/ToolbarItemHookInterface.php

By implementing this you can add additional items to the toolbar.
