[TYPO3-dev] Retrieving of extension list under TYPO3 6.0

On my local machine I get the same troubles:

PHP Fatal error:  Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in 
/var/www/html/demo/typo3_src-6.0.4/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Charset/CharsetConverter.php 
on line 2090

300 seconds seem not to be sufficient for the Extension Manager in TYPO3 
6.0.

Will the extension list be stored in the table 
tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_extension or will there be a ZIP or 
tar.gz file?
