Ah! I see you want this in the wizards!

I think they don't use these other markers, at least I never found out how 
to do that! If you find out let me know how!

I think though for IRRE records you can specify a  storage page in a special 
tca property that may work.

Look at this page:

Search for:

"TCAdefaults.<table>.pid = <page id> can be used to define the pid of new 
child records. Thus, it's possible to have special storage folders on a 
per-table-basis."
