[TYPO3-dev] Referercheck for jumpurls

Hi,

just stumbled again across the problem that jumpurls have their referer
checked. There is a long-standing ticket about that:

If would be great if somebody could please explain what the point of
referer-checking for a jumpurl (redirect) is or if it might be possible
to get rid of the check for jumpurls (solution 1 proposed in the issue).
