Are you sure it will work for Scheduler Tasks called from a cronjob? I 
took a brief look inside the extension, but calling the eID script 
relies on t3lib_div::getIndpEnv('TYPO3_SITE_URL'), which in its turn 
relies on PATH_site. With cron invoked tasks PATH_site is the path on 
the file system to the TYPO3 site (e.g. /var/www/html/domain.ext/).
Using this path for a call to the frontend will certainly not work.
