I did never user tineymce before and did not want to study the manual.
I have now tried to insert a Flash video. But when I save it, then the 
Flash video seems to be removed and it gets lost.

I have tested with 2 file types downloaded from here

I disagree. I could insert the Lorem Impsum text well into the content 
element using TinyMce RTE.
