[TYPO3-dev] Phing or Ant?

Hi,

Today I was looking into Phing for build and deployment scripts. So far I've 
been using ant. Phing looks interesting but also very similar and it's going to 
take a lot of time to figure out pro's and con's of each.

Any reasons to use Phing instead of Ant, or is it merely a matter of taste when 
your environment can run both? I'm happy to hear your experiences!
