[TYPO3-dev] t3lib_BEfunc::exec_foreign_table_where_query

Hi, Richard,
I need to implement the same mechanism as TCEFORM foreign table. 
So I don't need of mm query, but t3lib_BEfunc::exec_foreign_table_where_query.
