[TYPO3-dev] GIT question about diff and rebase

Hi GITers,

I have personal branches of TYPO3 with some patches added.
Everytimes an new Version is released, I do e.g.

     cd typo3_src_4.5.sg (Branch TYPO3_4-5-sg)
     git rebase TYPO3_4-5

to update my personal version to the latest 4.5.8

Question:
How do I make a diff to get all _my_ _personal_ changes,
I did, since I made my personal branch without the changes to
the original TYPO3_4-5 branch ?
