[TYPO3-dev] fluid how to inject contentObject

Hi there.

I was using Flow templating engine manually (from old typo3 extension) 
via this http://mneuhaus.com/2010/01/26/using-fluid-manually/

I want to use f:format.html helper, but Flow does know about 
ConfigurationManager and contentObject.
How can I create and inject it?
