[TYPO3-dev] Annotations of TSRef and other docs

I'd like to second enabling comments on documents.

While it's true that creating bug reports would be better, it's effort that
were making people take who want to give updated information freely.

Think about the notes of PHP docs. Do you think PHP makes each of those
users submit bug reports?

Coming from a long line of experience, I'd rather have to perform clean up
of document notes once in a while and get valuable information than
continue to live in ignorance and frustrate community users.
