[TYPO3-dev] how to get complete TCA after extending a table?

In the backend, all TCA is always loaded. For the frontend, there is no 
API, so you have to find a way around like manually including the TCA 
files.

We should really take care creating an API for that, since TCA can be 
really useful in the frontend sometimes...
