I added issues for the discussed TODOs and added a custom query for

BTW: Did you notice that Sebastian already resolved one of the issues, 
namely the voting functionality. Big up for that!

BTW²: Anyone has a better name for this thing? "Extbase Team Meeting" 
sounds horrible to me ;)
