Yes, they have a good organization. And I like their idea of incubator. May 
be we should adopt something like that. Than some of experienced devs could 
help less experienced devs to create software. That is similar to GSoC but 
not limited by a time frame. I'd love to participate in that (always loved 
teaching).

Also PMs approved by the board is a good idea. Ideally each subproject 
should have a PM. But than again we need motivated developers on each 
project... And here we come to our usual question: how to motivate people.
