[TYPO3-dev] Uploading extension / Manul

Hello guys,


1.-------------------------------------------------------------
i got random upload errors when trying to upload my extension
powermail2document.

Is there any other way to upload an extension, than with the normal TER
Upload module in extmgm?
I would be glad to have an upload option on typo3.org

Additionally manuals named by extbase filestructure are not linked in
extmgm:
