[TYPO3-dev] Indexed Search returns old/invalid pages

Hello folks!

Indexed search sometimes returns old pages. This happens
after a page (like a calendar event, details page) gets
indexed, but the title or the date gets changed afterwards.

Then the details page of the calendar event gets a new URL,
but the old URL is still cached and gets returned by the
indexed search plugin.

Is there any best practice or solution to avoid this?
