[TYPO3-dev] No pagetree after update to 4.5

Hi Nico,

please recheck the following:
1. all symlinks
2. all typo3 caches are cleared
3. all browser caches are cleared
4. all proxy caches are cleared.
5. enable error posting in php wih e.g .htaccess
   php_value display_errors 1
