[TYPO3-dev] Caching Framework

Reading this blog entry http://danosipov.com/blog/?p=322 , I have tried 
to implement this feature but didn't get the success I was hoping.

I am wondering if this tutorial is still valid as things has changed so 
much since 4.3.

Are there other resources around that can help me?

What is your recommendation about the Caching?

What is your experiment with the Caching Framework?
