what it currently does:

It hooks into the rendering of content elements and shows if something 
changed in the original record. Those options are available:
- Nothing changed, everything is ok
	=> nothing to do

- The element has only be translated from default but nothing changed 
yet (tstamp = crdate)
	=> no diff is generated, 1st action of translator required

- The element has been translated from default and only minor things 
changed but nothing has been edited (e.g record has been resorted)
	=> no diff is generated, 1st action of translator required

- The default changed
	=> changes can be shown (default hidden via css): what changed in which 
field
