[TYPO3-dev] Hook request

Dear list,

 

as I need to extand the extension manager I was looking for any hook which
is called when a (new) extension is installed/loaded. I had a look in
different files and found functions which are called when extension is
installed but I didn't found any hook I can use. Should I provide a request
in gerrit or has anyone another idea (besides xclasses which is an
alternative for me).
