[TYPO3-dev] How to copy typo3 folder into other workspace

Hi Timo

Firstly, it seems like permission error. But even if I tried to chmod 
with all permission but it still did not work. So that why I tried to do 
make link with ln but nothing change I still got the same error.

Any hints for me? or what I need to do next?
