[TYPO3-dev] Extension "Hype Base" with documentation now

Hello folks!

Finally I had the time to read about how to create an extension 
documentation and so I added one to my extension Hype Base.

Probably it's useful for you if you create large websites with
a lot of TypoScript, stored in static files on the hosts web space.

I'd appreciate it, that if you're interested, to take a look
and give me some feedback about it. I personally use this extension
for some projects and future projects, because it helps me to
include static TypoScript files fast and easy.
