[TYPO3-dev] htmlarea changes seem to affect other RTEs like tinymce_rte

Hello Robert,

I have just built a new empty TYPO3 site with TYPO3 4.6.3. I have used 
the extension tinymce_rte and it showed up on a content element in the 
BE as well as in the FE. rtehtmlarea has not been installed.
