The text/textpic use by default the palette 'header', which does not
include the subtitle. The subtitle is provided by the palette 'headers'.
That can be changed as e.g. shown in the answer in typo3.german
(<mailman.1.1314619595.10213.typo3-german at lists.typo3.org>)
