Concerning the internal project stuff I agree, but since it's a public
extension now, I would like to provide documentation, that is indexed by
Google (which is not the case in forge.typo3.org).

Maybe a solution would be, to configure the search robots restrictions a
bit more differentiated than the current:

"Forbidden"
"You don't have permission to access / on this server."
