[TYPO3-dev] Caching issue

Hello folks,

it seems I'm facing a similar
problem which is described here:
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/15835

Using this condition:
[userFunc = user_page_layout(1)]
	<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE:EXT:hype_project/setup.txt">
[global]

If the condition returns FALSE, all is fine
and the page is rendered in 250 milliseconds,
but if it returns TRUE, the page needs over
3 seconds to get rendered.

It seems the page is not cached then.

I'm using the version 4.5.5-dev.

Can someone confirm this?
