[TYPO3-dev] Suggest-Feature: minChars

Hi all,

from time to time I stumple upon the fact that the very cool 
suggest-feature has a hardcoded minimum of 2.

Imagine a scenario where you would link back to the root page or some 
very early created pages (uids 1 - 9). For these pages it´s impossible 
to enter only the uid in the field and select the page after it is found.

Is there a reason why it is made this way? With focus on performence 
this should be no issue, because you enter "123" nearly as fast as "1".
Please correct me if I am wrong.
