[TYPO3-dev] Announcing TYPO3 4.4.0 beta3

Dear TYPO3 enthusiasts,

today, the TYPO3 community released the third and last beta of the
upcoming version 4.4 of TYPO3. There is already a feature freeze in
place since beta1, thus the last weeks have been all about bugfixing.
