[TYPO3-dev] TER upload hates me ... / Error Fetching http headers

Hi,

I just tried to upload TemplaVoila 1.4.3 to the TER and of course I 
didn't get the expected result.

The response was "Error Fetching http headers". What does that mean? Did 
the upload still succeed? Why is that thing so buggy?

Would be great if someone with access to typo3.org could check whether 
this worked or not since I'd really like to publish TV 1.4.3 today.
