[TYPO3-dev] IRRE and datepicker : works for modification but not for creation

this is a known issue as scripts are not loaded on-the-fly. Bit 
difficult as IRRE use Scriptaculous and Date Picker is ExtJS.

I have an idea how to fix but less time atm.
