Hi,

i agree with Lars. And i' also +1 for removing the switch (not the flag!)

In new EM it will still possible to see this flag or to filter. But 
please not as default, first step of _all_ users i know uncheck this 
option first. Really annoying.

So lets remove the default and try to improve the review situation.
