I found it in:
the regular List Module: typo3/db_list
DAM: compat/class.browse_links.php
commerce: mod_orders/index.php

I think when writeBottom() is deprecated now the dev teams of DAM and 
commerce have more than a year time (until release of 4.6) to remove a 
no-effect method call. Should be possible.
