So what? :) This list is about core and extension development. You
should ask technical questions here, not GSOC. GSOC questions should go
to the proper list.

You would not go to car portal and ask about bikes just because car
portal is more active, right? :) Find the right place to ask, otherwise
people could be annoyed with offtopic messages :)
