[TYPO3-dev] static template CrCPH

Hello,

after the upgrade to the latest TYPO3 4.4. from svn I do not have the 
static template files any more. Where is CrCPH now? How can I get CrCPH 
back? Also the other static template files are not there any more:

template; TU
template; RE
template; NEWSLETTER
template; HYPER
template; GREEN
template; GLUECK
template; FIRST
template; CANDIDATE
template; BUSINESS
