Leader / member of the extension. Problem is that this extension is not 
on Forge. It is/was either on a personal repository or simply on a local 
computer. Meaning it now is "as-this" in TER.

If we want to fix it, somebody has to take ownership of the extension, 
fix it and release a new version. And I simply suggested that if someone 
is taking ownership of this ext, then Forge should be used.

David, do you want to take leadership of this extension?
