We could come up with a detection method (compare version in db with 
version in source) to display a notice in the login screen that the 
Update Wizard in the Install Tool should be run.

New default settings for new installations and a detection method for 
existing installations (the latter already prepared by Lars Houmark) 
didn't make it in this version. This will make it more user friendly.

4.4.0 is a good base and it can be improved from there on.

Feedback can be a good source for inspiration :-)
