[TYPO3-dev] 4.4 Install Tool dont work

Earlier today,

i install on a Lenny Server, witch hosting 10+ installations of TYPO3 
4.3.x, the latest svn Core.

At "install/index.php?TYPO3_INSTALL[type]=config&mode=123&step=1" the 
Login appears but the standard passwd dont work. It seems it proess just 
a reload of the page after press the Login button.

Now i updatet to 4.4RC. The same problem.

If i use another password the error
"The password you just tried has this md5-value:
8bf8854bebe108183caeb845c7676ae4"
apears.

I delete all cookies, remove all temp_CACHED* in typo3conf. Remember, it 
was a fresh installation.

What can be the problem?
