.. and the script, which builds the dummy package uses  
misc/advanced.htaccess as the .htaccess of the dummy package.

Only problem are currently admins, which already have compressionLevel  
set, but don't read the hints.
Lars Houmark had the idea to add a check in the Upgrade Wizard to at least  
warn admins that they need the .htaccess contents.
Will ask him, if he finds time for implementation - or anybody else?
