Hi Xavier,

wow, that is a technical way. ;-) I'm using the normal content elements,
everybody with access to the defined folder in pagetree can define.

The advantage of that, against localconf.php hacks, are, that there are
START/STOP/HIDDEN etc. that allow much more flexibility.

As nobody pointed me to a better option to hook in, I still use
ux_SC_index, even that I do not like it.
