[TYPO3-dev] What should we do with extension quixplorer

While writing my text the weight lays on "What should we do with this 
extension" no who can edit it. But you are right of cause: Only 
registered and to the project assigned people should insert patches to 
this project.

Additionally I contacted Georg Ringer, but I haven't got an answer right 
now. Is he a TYPO3 Admin? I think he is, but I don't really know it.

So: Hello TYPO3 Admins...please get in touch with me because of 
assigning quixplorer project to my nickname froemken.
