I don't understand your problem :)


In the version 4.3.1+ (or maybe even in 4.3.0+) there is a button for 
this job: user tools > user settings > last tab > create/delete.

You can also keep it enabled all the time, just open ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL 
in the text editor and write there KEEP_FILE
...if you sure you want to leave it enabled of course.

For password  use some credential/password manager (what is good idea in 
general) for an example opesnsource KeePass, it can automatically insert 
proper login and/or password values with one keyboard shortcut. And you 
can generate new - very cryptic pass from time to time...
