[TYPO3-dev] Message "Attempt to insert a record on page '[root-level]' (0) from table 'tt_content' without permissions. Or non-existing page."

Hi guys,

some of our users complain that they always get the following error  
message while creating new content elements Text (w/ Image). Others (like  
Table) seem to work.

The problem is heavily reproducible (got it once while testing), but seems  
to be mainly with IE8.

We did no changes (I think) and I can see the message about 30 times in  
Log for today and yesterday - seems to be a new problem.

Thanks for suggestions & ideas, what could be responsible and how to debug!
