[TYPO3-dev] Announcing TYPO3 4.3.2 and 4.2.12

Yes I'm getting the old 3.8 skin in the 4.3.2.

I checked the rights in the BE, they all seem fine, the only thing I saw 
was the "open_basedir" that might be an issue. But it worked before with 
4.3.1.
